Did you know that according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, summer proves to be the worst season for vehicle thefts?

More than 700,000 vehicles are stolen each year in this country.

Fortunately, there are easy ways to secure your vehicle.

  • Close your windows and lock your doors.

  • Take your key with you — don’t leave it in your vehicle.

  • Keep valuables out of your car, or at least out of view.

  • Park in a well-lit spot when possible.
